CONCLUSION
My data proves that the most popular albums released by the band were released during the late ‘70s and early ‘80s: Rumours (Side A & B, shown by different circles) in 1977, Fleetwood Mac's The White Album in 1975, and Tango In The Night in 1987. Additionally, it emphasizes that the band members who wrote the most popular songs include Stevie Nicks, Christine McVie, and Lindsey Buckingham. While the band has found extreme success since its founding, I hoped for my data visualization to show what albums were most popular and which songs became the fan favorites. From my research, I believe that all 18 studio albums they released wouldn’t have been possible without the Rolodex of band members that helped to create a different vibe for each individual album. As it was made clear to me throughout this process, the collaboration that produced each individual album is what helped establish Fleetwood Mac’s sound over time. But as a fan of the band, I find myself agreeing with the general Fleetwood Mac streamers on Spotify: Stevie Nicks is an absolute songwriting genius.
